This agreement governs your use of the 688jl platform — including all games, betting products, account services, promotions, deposits, and withdrawals. Accounts found to have been registered by or for persons under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter referred to PAGCOR as required under licensing conditions. 688jl cooperates fully with Philippine authorities on matters involving underage access.
Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals therein.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, a valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. Any change in personal details must be communicated to 688jl through the account settings or via live support.
In compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), 688jl applies KYC verification procedures to all accounts. You may be required to submit government-issued photo identification (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, driver's license, or PhilSys National ID), proof of address, and, where applicable, evidence of the source of funds used for deposits. 688jl reserves the right to suspend deposits, withdrawals, or both pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication codes associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 688jl will never ask for your password by email, SMS, or live chat.
In the event that you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify 688jl immediately through the live support channel. 688jl accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, including losses resulting from sharing credentials or from neglecting to enable available security features such as Two-Factor Authentication.
688jl accepts deposits through the following methods, subject to the applicable minimum and maximum limits displayed in the cashier section of your Account at the time of deposit:
All deposits must originate from a payment account or wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 688jl reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or withhold any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the registered account holder, or that triggers anti-money laundering controls. Deposited funds are held in segregated accounts separate from 688jl's operational funds.
Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to Philippine Peso (PHP) equivalent at the exchange rate applied at the time of confirmed receipt. Exchange rate fluctuations between deposit initiation and on-chain confirmation are the responsibility of the Player. 688jl is not responsible for delays in cryptocurrency network confirmations caused by network congestion or insufficient transaction fees set by the Player.
You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being met: (a) KYC verification has been completed to 688jl's satisfaction; (b) the withdrawal amount meets the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold; (c) there are no pending fraud investigations, AML holds, or bonus wagering requirements applicable to the funds requested; and (d) the withdrawal is requested to a payment method registered in your own name.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including but not limited to disconnections, server errors, or software faults — 688jl's system logs constitute the definitive record of the game state at the time of the fault. Where a round cannot be completed due to a malfunction, the wagered amount will be returned to the Player's Balance. 688jl accepts no liability for losses resulting from technical faults beyond this refund obligation.
688jl reserves the right to void any wager or game result that is the product of a software error, pricing error, or circumstances that would not have arisen under normal operating conditions.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 688jl Platform:
688jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of this Agreement; (b) suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; (c) a request or requirement from PAGCOR or any other competent authority; (d) failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; or (e) extended account inactivity (defined as no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months).
Where an Account is closed by 688jl for reasons other than a breach of this Agreement, the verified real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via a payment method registered in their name within a reasonable period. Where an Account is suspended due to suspected fraud or AML concerns, funds may be withheld pending investigation and, if applicable, frozen in accordance with legal obligations.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 688jl support. If account closure is requested as a responsible gaming measure, 688jl will process the request as a Self-Exclusion, which may carry a mandatory cooling-off period before reversal is permitted.

Self-Exclusion requests are processed by 688jl within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt. Your use of the Platform does not grant you any ownership interest in any 688jl intellectual property. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to 688jl regarding the Platform may be used by 688jl without restriction or compensation.
The 688jl Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 688jl disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 688jl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 688jl's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall 688jl be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
688jl collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and is available at 688jl.vip/privacy-policy. By accepting this Agreement, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 688jl processes personal data in compliance with applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute between you and 688jl relating to this Agreement, your Account, or any transaction on the Platform shall first be submitted to 688jl's support team for internal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) calendar days of submission, it may be referred to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanism, or to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
For betting disputes, the outcome recorded in 688jl's server logs and system records shall constitute prima facie evidence of the transaction and its result.
688jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players by posting a notice on the Platform's homepage and, where practicable, by email to the registered address on file, no less than seven (7) calendar days before the amendment takes effect. Non-material amendments (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, or changes required by PAGCOR or applicable law) may take effect immediately upon posting.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 of this Agreement.
